Peter’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate advice and litigation, including: drafting and reviewing contracts for the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property; and commercial and residential foreclosures; and disputes concerning title to real property. He advises and litigates disputes arising after a foreclosure sales takes place; and in the context of lease-to-own and other types of options contracts; and other situations were title to property is in dispute.
